LINDA WEAVER CLARKE
Writing Your Family Legacy
What is Family Legacy?
Linda Weaver Clarke travels throughout the United States, teaching Family Legacy Workshops, encouraging people to write their family history and autobiography. According to Linda, the importance of family legacy can never be over emphasized. Do your children know their heritage? Who are your ancestors? What were their traditions? What did they celebrate? What religion were they? What beliefs did they have? Did they fight for a cause and what was it about? Each of us has a story from our ancestors or even our very own story to tell. If these stories are unwritten, then how are your children going to know of their ancestry, of their parentage or even family traditions of the past? It's up to us to write these experiences down.

Shadow Summit: One Man, His Diagnosis, and the Road to a Vibrant Life.
What is a Vibrant Life?
Most of us get knocked off our chosen paths at some point. It is what we do in such moments that determine our fate. Multiple Schlerosis  knocked Jon down; it almost knocked him out... but it didn't. Instead it motivated him to become more conscious and intentional about life and put him on the path to vibrancy that he otherwise might not have found. Putting into practice his learnings about diet, exercise and spiritual practices, he has reversed his symptoms of MS. Mike is the author of Shadow Summit: One Man, His Diagnosis, and the Road to a Vibrant Life.

You're Not Pretty Enough: Extraordinary Stories from an (Un)Ordinary Life
I'm Not Pretty Enough
For a long time, Jennifer Tress ignored the voice in her head telling her to start writing! There are other voices in her head that she prefers to ignore-"Shut up! I think opening another bottle of wine at 2 a.m. is a perfectly sound decision!"-but the writing voice? It got louder. Jen has published professionally in trade magazines, but yearned to write words other than change management, paradigm shift, or wheelhouse. So she set out to do just that, publishing humorous, honest pieces in magazines and anthologies and completing her first book, a memoir titled You're Not Pretty Enough. The title refers to something her ex would say to her, which is why, ahem, he's her ex. Jen also performs her stories live in Washington, DC and New York City where she produces a monthly show.
